Srushti is preparing to take the UPSC test in her third year of engineering studies. In her final year in engineering, Srushti Deshmukh wondered if she'd be interested in working in engineering. Later, she realized her dream was civil services and decided to pursue this. Her parents encouraged her to concentrate on civil rights and get a job serving the people.
